Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide homework supervision?

Yes. we provide homework supervision sessions to help students manage their homework. We explain the corrections found in the homework and provide feedbacks for the students to work on. We believe that this is helpful because it is a way to partner schools to support post lesson revision. Whether the assignment is set by you or a school teacher, we can help your child to manage it confidently.

Is the centre MOE Registered?

Yes. It is. The certificate # is 4537.

Do you offer IP tuition?
Yes. We do provide tuition for Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
Is there any trial lesson?
Yes, for primary level only. Your child may sit in with the regular class for a free trial lesson.
What do I have to pay upon registration?
We’ll collect the tuition fee for the month.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, cheque and PayNow to UEN 201705103W.
When are the tuition fees due?
The tuition fee is payable on the 1st lesson of the month. Fees collected for a particular month is not transferable to any other month regardless of circumstances.
What's your fee refund policy?
Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance of lesson(s). We reserve the right to offer refund in select circumstances at our own discretion. Each circumstance is unique and election to offer a refund in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
What if my child misses his/her scheduled lessons?
If your child misses lesson due to medical reason (please provide a medical certificate) OR school activities (please provide documents from school), then your child can do a make-up lesson, depending on availability.
Are there lessons during school holidays?
There are lessons during school holidays, unless otherwise advised by the centre.
Are there lessons during Public Holidays?
There’re no lessons on Government Gazetted Holidays, except for those “holiday in lieu” or “observed” e.g. We’re closed on 1 May & 15 May (which fall on Sunday) but opened on 2 May & 16 May (which are “holiday in lieu” or “observed”).
Do you provide 'Ad-Hoc' tuition?
